What is a Shoe Rag?

I didn't know what a shoe rag was until my daughter was required to bring one in school. This is like a shoe cover which one puts on one's shoes so that the floor wouldn't get dirty. This is commonly used in classrooms to make cleaning easier. I made one for my little girl today. It was easy to make. Just cut a piece for the sole and another for upper part of the shoe, sew them together. Then cut a hole and put a garter. Decorate however you want. Tada! :)
